The Story Behind “Massothérapie 13”
In the beginning, the clinic was located inside Tennis 13 and was originally called “Massage 13.” As demand for massage therapy grew and the need for a quieter space became clear, Diane, the founder, decided to move to our current location.
I once wondered whether we should keep the name, since our services have evolved and we’re no longer in the sports center. I tried to find meaning in the number 13, which is often associated with bad luck. But to me, health is mostly a matter of choice and empowerment—what we usually lack isn’t luck, but knowledge.
In the end, I realized that regardless of the reason, I love Massothérapie 13 and the world we’ve built around this company—its colors, its logo, and the people who have been part of it over the years, from therapists to clients.

Massothérapie 13 – CANCELLATION POLICY
When you make an appointment, you are making a commitment to the therapist and other clients. This commitment includes that you will be there at the time and on the day requested. If you cancel too close to the time of your appointment, your therapist is penalized and you have deprived another client of an appointment at that time. For these reasons, if you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not respect this policy, a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment price will be applied*.
(100% of the scheduled treatment rate could be applied if the situation is repetitive) *Exceptions may apply (eg: COVID

Terms and Conditions
Appointments made online or through other communication channels must be paid for on-site at the end of the treatment. Insurance receipts will be issued at that time, in the name of the person who received the treatment and with the date of the treatment. The client is responsible for submitting their insurance claim. Since this is a service, no refunds are possible.
