Zaid Sabsabi
Massage therapist, Kinesitherapist
and student in Osteopathy

Zaid works at 1177 Highway 440.

Disciplined, attentive, and reliable, I approach massage therapy and kinesitherapy with rigor and commitment. I am driven by the desire to offer high‑quality care and help each person better understand their body, while currently pursuing further training in osteopathy to deepen my holistic approach.

During a session, I always aim to identify the true root cause of pain, rather than focusing solely on the symptomatic area. I use a variety of techniques such as cupping, trigger points, gua sha, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and percussion therapy tools, along with active kinesitherapy approaches to improve mobility and reduce tension.

I particularly work with muscular pain, chronic tension, postural imbalances, and stress. I welcome a diverse clientele, including adults, athletes, active individuals, seniors, and children.

I encourage my clients to take an active role in their well‑being by maintaining good mobility, adapting daily habits, and integrating targeted exercises. Consistency in small adjustments makes a significant difference over time.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active, training, traveling, and spending time with my loved ones. My values — respect, integrity, loyalty, and a constant desire to improve — guide every aspect of my practice.

I look forward to supporting you toward greater mobility and lasting well‑being.
