Osteopathy is a natural continuation of my journey. Growing up in the world of high‑level sports, I developed early on a deep understanding of the human body — its potential, its limits, and the factors that can either support or hinder performance. This background taught me the importance of prevention, discipline, and high‑quality support, values that guide my practice today.

During a session, I enjoy assessing the body globally to identify the true source of discomfort rather than focusing solely on symptoms. I primarily use myofascial, muscular, and ligamentous techniques to restore balance and help the body regain proper function.

I welcome a wide range of clients, with a particular interest in children and athletes. I enjoy helping them with recovery, performance, and injury prevention. One piece of advice I often share is: movement is medicine — movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to support our health.

Outside the clinic, I continue to nurture my passion for sport. As a former high‑level gymnast, I train regularly, run, and participate in Hyrox competitions. My values — pushing one’s limits, integrity, and health — are at the core of my life and my practice.
