Smiling, positive, and attentive, I am a massage therapist and a physiotherapy technologist. My passion for overall health and well-being naturally led me to massage therapy, an approach that allows me to support each person on their journey toward lasting wellness.

My treatments are personalized and tailored to your needs. I use various techniques such as therapeutic massage, joint mobilizations, and stretching, as well as tools like cupping to optimize results. My goal is to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and improve your overall comfort.

I work with a diverse clientele, including adults, teenagers aged 15 and up, and pregnant women. I enjoy sharing simple tips to extend the benefits of your massage: move regularly, avoid prolonged static positions, and stay well hydrated after your session.
