Kinesitherapy: Movement Serving Relief

Kinesitherapy combines Swedish massage with joint mobilizations — it’s therapy through movement.

This is a specialization within massage therapy. The foundation of the treatment remains massage, but the therapist evaluates joint mobility before or during the session and can intervene more specifically in cases of pain or restricted movement.

This approach helps to:

• Work on deeper muscle fibers
• Release structures that don’t respond to massage alone
• Improve mobility and reduce persistent tension

It is particularly recommended for musculoskeletal issues such as:

• Tendinitis
• Sciatica
• Torticollis
• Joint stiffness, etc.

Good to Know:
Our entire team of massage therapists is trained in mobilization techniques. You can book a massage therapy session and discuss with your therapist to adapt the treatment to your specific needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you make an appointment, you are making a commitment to the therapist and other clients. This commitment includes that you will be there at the time and on the day requested. If you cancel too close to the time of your appointment, your therapist is penalized and you have deprived another client of an appointment at that time. For these reasons, if you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not respect this policy, a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment price will be applied*.
