Relaxation Massage: A Moment Just for You

A relaxation massage is a full-body treatment designed to release accumulated tension and, most importantly, offer you a true moment of pause. It’s the perfect opportunity to recentre yourself, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body.

Your massage therapist will tailor the session to your preferences:

• Areas to focus on (back, head, feet, etc.)
• Areas to avoid
• Desired pressure (light, medium, or firmer)

They can also work on muscles involved in breathing to help you breathe more deeply and maximize the benefits of the treatment.
