My journey began in France, where I discovered massage therapy after watching my father receive a massage. When I arrived in Canada, my diploma was not recognized, but after a few years, I returned to my first love: massage therapy.

Today, I dedicate all my expertise and energy to your well-being. My treatments combine gentleness and effectiveness, using a variety of techniques.

I am particularly focused on relieving muscle tension (lower back, upper back, neck, and upper limbs) and reducing stress. I also enjoy working with pregnant women, children, and older adults to help them regain comfort and mobility.

At the end of each session, I like to share simple tips to extend the benefits: stretching, muscle strengthening, and mindful breathing.

My values—honesty, kindness, and attentive listening—guide every treatment. Patient and understanding, I believe that a successful session begins with a relationship built on trust.

Outside the clinic, I recharge through gardening, cooking, reading, and hiking.

I would be delighted to accompany you on your journey to overall well-being, so you can rediscover the joy of feeling good in your body—and in your mind.

I look forward to welcoming you at Massothérapie 13.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” css=”.vc_custom_1760621332461{padding-top: 100px !important;padding-bottom: 80px !important;background-color: #FFFFFF !important;}” z_index=””][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=””]
